The high-filled thick-layer bulk floor “Litacryl Maxi”, drawing of 6,0 – 10,0 mm thick.

Litacryl Maxi – the high-filled polyurethane – cement bulk floor. This type of a covering unites in itself two properties: high resistance to physic-mechanical loadings and influence of chemicals, water and oils. Its thickness can reach 10 mm.

Therefore this bulk floor is irreplaceable at the enterprises of the food, overworking, chemical, metallurgical industry. It both cameras of shock freezing, and standard refrigerators of storage, the shop of fermentation and salting, the line of production of cheeses, productions of chemicals where there are passages of aggressive solutions on the basis.

Also there is a number of rooms where besides chemical thermal stability of a bulk floor in addition considerable resistance to loadings is necessary. Bulk three-component floor “Litcryl Optima” on the basis of the modified polyurethane pitch, drawing from 3,0 to 6,0 mm thick.

Litacryl Optima – the thick-layer bulk floor intended for intensive service conditions. The covering has a smooth glossy surface, in need of giving of dullness it can be covered with polyurethane Litapur varnish of 2 KM, at the same time the coefficient of sliding of this bulk floor makes C 11 (R 11) and gives the chance to use him even in damp rooms, such as shops of pouring of drinks, enterprises of the food, overworking, tanning industry, spinning and pharmaceutical productions. Such design of a floor is resistant to differences of temperatures and mechanical loadings.

In some cases a bulk floor Litacryl Optima is considered as an alternative to an acidproof tile, with advantage – lack of seams in which can accumulate water, pollution and pathogenic microorganisms.

Litacryl Econom – a bulk floor on the basis of polyurethane pitch. Has fine spreadability that facilitates laying and allows to accelerate her process. Such covering solves the following problems which are inherent in the concrete basis without front protective layer: an erasement and dusting, the increased absorbency of liquid and oils, difficulty of cleaning. The scope is quite wide: the enterprises with dry productions, fruite and vegetable storehouses, warehouse and showrooms of shopping facilities, logistic complexes, printing houses, garment factories.
